Recycled Horn Teardrop Earrings

These earrings feature the natural horn texture, unique to each piece with a hypoallergenic back finding in Peruvian sterling black silver 925 (Plata quemada) to bring out a rustic style. Like all of our jewelry, these are handmade by artisans in Peru.

Production: Preparing to work the bull horn is arduous. This jewelry piece took approximately 2 days by a single family workshop to complete. All production was done in the suburban of Lima region of Peru.
Carbon Footprint: The production and transportation of this jewelry resulted in 9 pounds of CO2 emission, roughly equivalent to driving 10 miles in a car. This is a Carbon Zero product as its footprint has been offset through the purchase of carbon credits.
