Lady Bug Gourd Ornament

This ladybug is inspired in the favorite cartoon of Olguita, the daughter of one of the gourd artisans and my girls too.
It was developed, using different techniques applied in the gourd, like pyrography to recreate the face, eyes and black spots, boiled in red ink for the body and using recycled tires for her legs and cute antennas.

Ps. All our gourds are biodegradable, so when you consider that it’s time for its second life, please bury it in the ground (including the wood Shaquira), it will help as fertilizer and nutrients for the soil.
