Funny Snail Gourd

This funny snail represents what the artisans are capable to do with innovation and flexibility. We have a great time using a simple gourd as the snail's shell, using different techniques like pyrography, hand carved and polished while creating the snail's body in ceramic and painting it in a funny way. The funny snail was made by a community of artisans in the center of Peru, to offer you a eco friendly holiday season.

Ps. All our gourds are biodegradable, so when you consider that it’s time for its second life, please bury it in the ground (including the wood Shaquira), it will help as fertilizer and nutrients for the soil.
